HOW I WORK
Four steps.

Conversation
We talk about your business and what the site should do. I name the price and timeline, and you pay a 50% deposit.
- 02
Design
I show you how the first screen will look. We refine it until you like it.
- 03
Development
I build the site and connect forms and enquiries to your messenger. I show you a work-in-progress version.
- 04
Launch
I publish it, check it on phone and desktop, and show you how everything works. Then you pay the second half.
01Who writes the website copy?
If you have texts, I use yours. If not, I’ll prepare them after a short conversation, and you review and edit.
02I don’t have good photos. Is that a problem?
No. We can start with phone photos or suitable stock images, and add your own photos of your work later.
03Will enquiries come to my WhatsApp?
Yes. The website form can send enquiries straight to WhatsApp or Telegram, and the bot can reply to clients while you’re busy.
04What does it cost to keep the site running?
You pay for the domain and hosting directly, separately from the site price. A domain usually costs $10–20 a year, and hosting for small sites is often free. I’ll help you set everything up.
05Can I change things later?
Yes. For a month after launch, small edits — texts, prices, photos, contacts, bug fixes — are free. A new section, page or feature is paid separately and usually costs a fraction of the whole site. Changing the design or structure means a new site.
06Is there a guarantee?
Yes, for a year. If the site breaks because of my mistake, I’ll fix it for free.
07How much is support after launch?
Small edits are free for the first month. After that — one-off edits, or a monthly maintenance plan: I check every day that the site works and enquiries arrive, keep backups and make regular edits. I’ll quote the plan in USD on request.
08How does payment work?
50% before work starts, 50% after launch. For projects from $1,000, payment can be split into more stages.
09What if I change my mind?
While the site is still in progress and the design and structure aren’t finished, I’ll refund the deposit. Once the site is finished and delivered, there’s no refund — the work is done.
10Do you work with clients abroad?
Yes. I work remotely with clients anywhere: we discuss everything on WhatsApp, Telegram or a video call.

I build websites and automation from Almaty, Kazakhstan — myself, from the first conversation to launch. No managers or middlemen: you talk directly to the person doing the work.
My portfolio consists of projects I built as demonstrations for different kinds of business: furniture, renovation, education, upholstery cleaning, a shop, freight delivery and shoe repair. They show how I approach design and usability.
